Shipping policy

At Vantage Core, we aim to deliver your "problem-solving" gadgets and lifestyle products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Shipping Timelines

 * Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

 * Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders reach customers within 5–8 business days across India.

   * Note: Delivery to remote areas or during peak festival seasons may take an additional 2–3 days.

2. Shipping Charges

 * Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

 * Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most pin codes. A nominal fee of  49 rs may apply to cover secure handling for COD orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our courier partner’s website.

4. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% accurate.

 * Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.

 * If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, we may charge a re-shipping fee to send it back out.

5. Damaged Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us at vantagecore.store@gmail.com within 24 hours.
